SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed if there are any delays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers including Australia Post and courier services. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount (see checkout for current offers)
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and are typically 7–21 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@arborean.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
